The prevention program begins with an initial 3D movement assessment.
This assessment will allow you to break down movement, identify any dysfunction and apply an appropriate adaptive exercise program.
Once we have assessed your movement patterns, we will have an understanding of:
- Your strength and success in movement
- Any asymmetry or imbalances
- Areas for improvement in flexibility, mobility, stability and strength
This is the best place to start your prevention journey.
We will then prescribe a range of exercises, strength training, mobilization and soft tissue techniques to get you performing better whilst limiting your risk of injuries.
