Postnatal Osteopathy

Up to half of all women experience weakness in the abdominal, lower back and pelvic floor muscles after pregnancy, and up to a third still have a tummy gap at eight weeks post-birth.

Leaving any issues that may develop during pregnancy or post-natal can cause dysfunction and pain and lead to further or more serious conditions.

These conditions should not be something you should just put up with as a result of having a baby.

After the Initial assessment, Zaneta will identify the issue's root causes. She will then prescribe a treatment and tailored exercise and guide you to getting back to what you enjoy doing.
Here at Encourage Movement, we treat:
Lower Back, Hip and Pelvic Pain
Coccyx Pain
Tummy Gap (Separation of the two muscles that run down the middle of your stomach)
